If you do not have Access in the same or higher version than XP (=2002) or if you do not already have a runtime version, you should download the runtime version of MS Access 2007 stated below which you should install before trying to use the BSCM.

In order to run the software, you need a runtime version of MS Access (or the full version of Microsoft Access). The best would be to download the runtime version of MS Access.

The runtime version of MS Access 2007 may be downloaded here:

MS Access and Data Connectivity 2007 Service Pack 2 (download directly from Microsoft)

When downloading the Microsoft Access Runtime version, please select the same language version as your operating system.

When installing an update, please do not forget to backup your data file.
