END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

This end-user licence agreement is a legally effective agreement between you (either as natural person or a legal entity ) and Manfred Schulenburg for the above-mentioned software product.

By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you declare that you are in agreement with being bound by the provisions of this licence agreement. If you do not agree to the provisions of this licence agreement, you are not entitled to install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected both by copyright laws and by other laws and agreements concerning intellectual property. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed but not sold.

GRANTING OF LICENCE This licence agreement grants you the following rights:

A. PASSING ON
The program may be passed on in an unchanged condition together with all files forming part of it. Publications on CD-ROM within shareware collections and magazines are permitted. Publications as bookware are only permitted with the approval of the author. Any other statutory provisions shall be adhered to irrespective of these provisions.


C. COPYRIGHT: The ownership and copyright in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including all components contained in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, in the accompanying printed material and in each copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT lie with the Manfred Schulenburg or his suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright law and international copyright provisions. For this reason, you are obliged to handle the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other material protected by copyright.

D. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In spite of the most meticulous programming, the Manfred Schulenburg does not claims freedom of error. The Manfred Schulenburg grants no guarantee or warranty in respect of the results achieved through use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT or otherwise for other damage arising through it.


E. DATA BACKUP
The user is requested to secure his data regularly on external data carriers, e.g. on disks, CDs or tapes, and to keep these in a suitable place thus independently  preventing any loss of data.


F. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The law of the country of residence of the author shall apply, in any case the law of a country of the European Union. The place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the author, in any case a place in the European Union.
